Games

s games department, we thank God for the achievements we've had so far. In our school, games are highly valued and appreciated by students. Games and sports offered by the department include: Volleyball, Hockey, Football, Basketball, Handball, Netball, Lawn tennis, Badminton and Table tennis. Students also participate in athletics. Some teams like lawn tennis have participated up to East Africa Level in the recent years.

On Tuesdays (Form 4 and form 1) and Thursdays (Form 2 and 3) the department engages students in aerobics which is carried out in the school's social hall. This is a highly welcome session by students.

My sincere gratitude goes to the school administration for always supporting the department in its endeavours, coaches (teachers) of various teams including Mr. Mburu R. and Ms. Wincate, Volleyball; Mr. Khisa and Ms. Mwatha, Hockey; Mr Njoroge, Mr Kariuki C.M and Mr Dan Driver, Football; Ms Muindi, Netball; Mr Barasa, Handball; Mr Kipkoech, Basketball; Mr Njogu, Lawn Tennis and Mr. Kariuki N, Badminton, Games Captains, Irene Kihara 4T and Eunice Mwangi 3T and the students in general for active participation in these activities.
